Resumo




Business architecture is the set of graphic representations and textual specifications, which allow us to understand what are the processes, organization, data, computer systems, services, indicators, and other resources that an organization has, to manage and optimize them, contributing to organizational efficiency. The work begins with a review of the literature and discrimination to take TOGAF as a reference framework for its application, as a model for the sector of the Savings and Credit Cooperative of Sector 3 of the EPS in Ecuador, where the The main problem is that IT solutions are not completely aligned with the organization's processes, due to the lack of a holistic model that enables it. The practical approach of the study is carried out in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Merced in the city of Cuenca. A global vision of its architecture is executed based on the TOGAF reference framework, and from there the exploitation of a primary and critical process is established, that of loan management. Through this agile method of conception, it is determined that a greater alignment between computer applications and organization is feasible in savings and credit cooperatives.
