Social Work from the Perspective of ICT and Social Marketing Colombia 2017-2020

Abstract
In contemporary culture it is normal to use applications of technology, innovation and science, in which computer mediation facilitates participation in society, in the economy, in culture, and therefore in the development processes themselves, helping to overcome barriers communication and fostering collaborative interactions in macro and micro-social contexts. Accordingly, the object of study in this article is social work from the perspective of ICT and Social Marketing from the reflection and analysis of the demands of the social context in Colombia during the years 2017 and the first semester of 2020, with a study population of professionals in the area of Social Work nationally and internationally focused on the virtual community of Facebook. Being of quantitative cut, based on a statistical instrumental design SPSS, with an empirical analytical approach, from the application of a survey and bibliographic review in secondary sources, yielding as a statistical result in the field of Social Welfare, a scenario of participation of the T.S. by 2.75%. And 3.00%, in matters of hygiene, safety and environment of 4.60%, in the judicial sphere of 3.50% and in the Penitentiary and forensic of 4.00%. Concluding that the social worker as an agent of change influences the different business fields but in Colombia there is not an appropriate level of intervention strategies and methods to be approached from different digital platforms.
