Use of collaborative learning techniques in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract
Collaborative learning techniques are useful to promote inter-learning in small groups, improve interactions, teamwork, co-evaluation and self evaluation; they generate reflection, understanding, interpretation and metacognition; During the COVID 19 pandemic, the use of online collaborative learning techniques showed its effectiveness for educational processes in academic subjects and service-learning. This research aims to analyze the use of collaborative learning techniques in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the scientific literature review method was used, for which 30 articles were selected from the EBSCO (24) and ProQuest ( 6), categorical and content analysis was carried out and it was found that, with the exception of the groups formed at random, in the other cases the techniques were effective; and it was concluded that in collaborative work, its members are assigned at random, by interests or by belonging; the change or exchange of members is made with the intention of achieving the integration of the students or for the fulfillment of a role.
