Abstract
Leonard (2001) explains that administration is the action that is carried out to achieve something or the processing of an issue, it is the action and effect of managing. It is "the capacity of the institution to define, achieve and evaluate its purposes with the proper use of available resources." In addition, he mentions that he is in charge of coordinating all available resources to achieve business objectives.
